Quaifes Park is being developed by Quaifes Farm Limited (QFL) as a quality residential subdivision. To protect your investment, we have set in place a number of land covenants and rules to ensure each dwelling is of a high standard and fits in with the landscape features and amenities in the subdivision. It is therefore desirable that supervision and control be exercised by QFL for the protection of all Purchasers in relation to the nature and type of housing construction to be permitted. In recognition of these objectives, the Purchaser acknowledges that these covenants will be registered against the title to the land.
