Wondering what the process is to secure a section for sale at Quaifes Park? We've listed a guide below showing the steps from getting in touch, to paying a deposit on your new section.

  1. Get in touch with Nigel
  2. Take a tour of the subdivision
  3. Choose your section
  4. Select a builder and confirm the section is right for your dream home.
  5. Get independent advice and submit an offer.
  6. Successful offer
  7. Offer conditions checked by your solicitor (normally within 10 days)
  8. Finance confirmed (this process starts early, but this is the confirmation from your bank)
  9. Offer becomes unconditional and a deposit of 10% of the purchase price is paid.
  10. Congratulations. Once the deposit is paid the section is yours and we mark it as SOLD.

All offers received are strictly confidential and will be presented to the developer for consideration. 

Offers need to be submitted to sales@quaifespark.co.nz.

The developer may accept or reject an offer or may seek to negotiate the terms of the offer at any time.

Please print off, complete and return this application with your plans. If the appropriate information is not supplied the application may be returned to the applicant. QFL reserve the right to charge processing fees where any applicant required significant input in achieving plan approval.

Boundary Fencing

The vendor will have all boundary fences erected (excluding road frontages and ROW access boundaries). Payment of the boundary fence will be at the purchasers expense, paid upon settlement. All road frontage fencing must adhere to the CCC, District Plan, 'the maximum height a fence can be within 4 metres of a road boundary is 1.2 metres'.

Construction Site Fencing

Temporary fencing that complies with Health and Safety regulations is required on the road & R.O.W. boundaries during construction to ensure that the site is fully secured.

Prior to, during and after construction, the section must be maintained in a clean and tidy manner. No rubbish, builders waste or similar is be allowed to accumulate or be placed on the lot or any adjoining lot. Should damage occur to landscaping, irrigation, berms or kerbs, the Purchaser shall immediately notify QFL to have the damage repaired

 

Quaifes Park sections are TC2. An individual site specific Geotech report will be supplied to each purchaser with their Sale & Purchase Agreement or if the report has not been completed, it will be issued as soon as it is available.
